OVERVIEW

Nike’s Global Safety and Security Team is on the offense always, providing world-class support and services to Nike team members, guests, and other stakeholders to ensure Nike workspaces are safe and secure environments in which to work and create the future of sport. The Nike GC Security Team seeks a motivated, inspiring, and results-oriented individual to support the team, based in GCHQ, Shanghai. 

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Security Officer’s responsibilities will be included but not limited to:

  • Responding to security hotline and emails from employees, providing professional security support
  • Ensuring smooth operations of CCTV, ACS and Badge Management System. And working closely with vendors and system operators if any issues in operations
  • Training and coaching onsite security team to fully understand and implement Nike Security policies and procedures to create a safe workplace
  • Supporting event Security, coordinating and communicating with stakeholders
  • Managing onsite resources to achieve goals and doing accurate documenting
  • Collecting, recording and analyzing daily operation data and providing Weekly report
  • Managing onsite incident and emergency and reporting timely per Nike guidance to mitigate any risks to Nike
  • Identifying defects and challenges in daily works and proactively proposing practical solutions to improve the team’s work efficiency
  • Security project support such as system upgrading, office renovation etc.
  • Vendors management for performance delivery

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3 years minimum onsite experience in managing Security Guards and operations
  • Proven knowledge and experience in Security systems operating
  • Able to work with Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc. is preferred
  • Basic English ability at least for listening, writing and communicating is preferred
  • Event security and EP experience required
  • Good interpersonal relationship and communication skills
  • Working experience in multinational companies preferred
  • A quick learner and good team player; comfortable working in dynamic and fast-paced environment
