WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Nike is seeking a IAM Engineer with deep expertise in Identity and Access
Management (IAM) and SailPoint IIQ. As part of Foundational Platforms & Engineering, this role drives innovation in secure access solutions, enabling growth and supporting critical business operations. The ideal candidate excels in SailPoint and IAM concepts, demonstrates strong leadership, attention to detail, data accuracy, analytical skills, and communicates effectively. Self-motivation, urgency, and integrity are essential for success in this role.
Requires 2-5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management standards, principles, and practices, including 2+ years of engineering/development experience in a large-scale environment.
Minimum educational level: BS/MS in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience.
Professional/functional credentials and certifications in Identity and Access Management or Security are preferred.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
Engineer and build a secure and robust enterprise identity and access management solution.
Responsible for installing, customizing, configuring, and supporting the SailPoint Identity and Access Management tool and processes. This includes Application onboarding (OOTB & Custom Connectors)
Lead technical design discussions and develop IGA platform enhancements using tools including BeanShell, Java, and PowerShell.
Experience creating plugins and API leveraging SailPoint plugin functionality
Collaborate with customers to define organization constructs/naming conventions and user access roles.
Identify areas for delivering automated solutions (e.g., onboarding/offboarding) and maturation of existing processes by leveraging scripting.
Participate in and/or lead user acceptance testing and bug-related engineering efforts
