Software Engineer - NIKE, Inc. - Beaverton, OR. Develop, code, configure, and test programs, systems and solutions independently with minimal supervision in order to meet defined digital product specifications. Advise product owners on discrete technology-related business problems. Formulate options, including assessing their relative merits and risks. Create robust and rapid deployment processes that have a direct impact on the business. Work with product owners to determine the best solution. Help design and build scalable software solutions to implement and integrate new technologies. Build and implement scalable applications that leverage platforms capabilities from AWS and business partners. Contribute to core marketing assets platforms and tools to enable both asset production, storage, cataloging and delivery. Telecommuting is available from anywhere in the U.S., except from AK, AL, AR, DE, HI, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, MT, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, OH, OK, RI, SD, VT, WV, and WY.
Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Electronics Engineering and five (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in job offered or in an engineering-related occupation.

Software Development tools including Java, Python, and Node.js
IaaC tools such as Terraform and Cloud Formation
CI/CD tools
Jenkins
Containerization and Orchestration, Docker, Kubernetes, ECS, EKS, and Fargate
AWS cloud hosting platform and services including S3, Lambda, Elastic Beanstalk, API gateway, SNS, SQS, DynamoDB, RDS, and ACM
Network protocols and routing such as DNS, Route53, VPC, and Load Balancing
Monitoring and logging tools including Splunk, SignalFX, New Relic, Grafana, Prometheus, and Cloud Watch
Scripting and Automation tool Bash
AWS Identify and Access Management using IAM
Incident Management tools
CDN tools and services such as Akamai and Cloudfront
Collaborative tools including Jira and Confluence
