You will join the Germany Territory Brand Marketing Team, reporting to the Senior
Supervisor, Brand Marketing Running & Training, Germany. Based in Berlin, you and your
manager will work alongside EMEA Running & Training Brand Marketing teammates in our
Amsterdam and Stockholm offices. You will build and maintain strong relationships with
key partners in Berlin and other major German cities

A successful candidate brings:
Consumer Insight & Activation: A deep understanding of our key consumer in
Germany within running & training, and the proven ability to gather and apply consumer
insights to build strong brand plans. Ideally existing connection into the running & training
culture
Relevant experience in marketing, ideally brand marketing, with hands-on experience
supporting or driving marketing campaigns from planning to execution (ideally
Experience in on-the-ground activations, community initiatives or event execution)
Proven project management and organizational skills, with the ability to balance
creative and operational tasks.

As Germany Specialist I, your role will span the running and training field of play, working
on key territory-based projects and amplifying Geo-led seasonal stories. Key areas you will
be working on include:
Planning and executing brand campaigns and activations for Germany across
Running and Training
Collaborating with the EMEA brand teams to amplify key innovation launches and
sport/consumer moments
Partnership Cultivation: Identifying and managing relationships with people and
organizations that align with our brand values and can bring our field of play
strategies to life. Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal teams,
marketplace partners, and vendors to ensure seamless execution.
Consumer & sports Insights: Gathering and applying insights that enhance our
brand plans, helping us better serve our consumers within Germany.
Supporting cross-functional collaboration and contributing to a positive team
culture.
