Key Job Responsibilities

  • Lead HK PGTM team to deliver timely and accurate daily operation: 1) flawlessly operate seasonal sell in execution to fulfill business needs; 2) Provide front line support and escalate potential challenges and opportunities in a timely manner; 3) monitor related KPI/OKR and develop improvement action plan.

  • Navigate Code process: 1) leverage GC downloads to drive HK code process evolution and enhancements; 2) as the focal point to collect HK business process challenges and opportunities and work closely with GC counterparts to develop solutions; 3) As the bridge to connect GC counterpart and local business team for intensive discussion.

  • Create premium code process meeting/event experience: 1) Manage suppliers and vendors to ensure competitive quotes and quality delivery; 2) Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent understanding and expectations on event objectives, results, and experiences; 3) Liaise with Finance to ensure proper budget plan and payment arrangement for each event.

  • Order Taking Operation: 1) Lead seasonal order form/Nike.Partners process plan and preparation; 2) Align with SA & MPO on order capture timing and process; 3) conduct seasonal order tool review for continuous improvement.

  • Sample Operation: 1) lead HK sample team to plan and execute seasonal sample operation; 2) work closely with GC counterparts to continuously improve sample coverage; 3) Leverage RFID project to improve sample operation efficiency and accuracy

Qualification/Requirements 

Bachelor’s degree or above.  Information Technology or Operation major will be a plus. Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience. Quick learning capability, strong problem-solving skill, and analytical thinking Good leadership and communication skill. Fluent in English and Mandarin. Previous project management experience preferred
