Job Overview

The primary role of this position is to coordinate with multiple parties for seasonal sample planning and management to ensure best in class execution of the sample operation.  S/he will provide every support with close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders for all sample related issues.

Job Descriptions

Sample planning & analysis –

Support team leader on sample annual budget planning and seasonal spending management.

Compile and provide sample analysis & reports

Sample warehouse operation –

Recruit and monitor the local sample part-time helpers seasonally.

In charge of seasonal sample operation (receiving, borrowing, stock count, tracking0 and provide weekly reports. 

Handle sample freight and custom clearance documents.

Code process gates operation –

Lead showroom onsite preparation (Sort, Tag, Setup, Readiness Report, Daily Count, etc.).

Partner with GC and local teams in maintaining the operation.

Maintain the showroom & sample room facilities.

Sample liquidation & write-off –

Work with team on sample sales planning & preparation.

Support sample sales execution & onsite vendor resource management.

Support other sample related digital innovation projects, like RFID.

Qualification & Requirements 

Bachelor degree or above Minimum 1-year hands-on sample management & operation related experience Good communications, coordination and negotiation skills.  Fluent in both English and Mandarin. Quick learning capability and strong analytic skills. Multi-tasking and work effectively within tight timeline. Proficient in Excel/PPT software.
