Job Accountabilities:

•             Deliver and execute NIKE retail operation standard together with partners in NIKE stores, to drive and elevate store service.

•             Focus on partners talent athlete cultivation, inspire and coach them to develop.

•             Work with the team to drive store assortment efficiency, collect consumer feedback.

•             Response to partner retail KPI, drive business result.

Job Qualifications:

•             Multi-national company background is preferred.

•             Experience in field sales and retail management.

•             Know and understand NIKE product line and knowledge.

•             Strong communication skill and team work.

•             Passion towards sports.

•             Understanding of the competitive market, customers, and retail trends.

•             Story telling.

•             Ability to use financial data to persuade and influence people to take desired action.

•             Ability to prepare, plan and deliver clear and persuasive sales presentation.

•             Strong proficiency with Microsoft office applications.

•             Frequent business trip is required.
