Job Description:
As part of the TW Retail Marketing team, you will help bring Nike’s brand and sport culture to life by supporting retail marketing initiatives, community engagement, and store athlete education. You will work closely with store teams and local communities to create meaningful consumer experiences while representing Nike through authentic product storytelling and training.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the execution of seasonal campaigns and in-store activations.
* Assist in organizing community events and experiences that connect consumers with sport.
* Deliver product knowledge and brand education through EKIN training sessions, including store visits, clinics, and workshops.
* Inspire and educate store athletes to enhance the consumer experience and service quality.
* Build relationships with store teams, athletes, and local communities to strengthen brand engagement.
* Collect consumer, product, and marketplace feedback and share insights with internal/GC teams.
* Help maintain consistent Nike brand standards across retail and community touchpoints.
Qualifications:
* Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Sports Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience), with at least 1 year of experience in retail, sales, customer service, training, or mentoring.
* Passion & Market Knowledge:
Passion for sports, retail, and the Nike brand, with a strong understanding of sports culture, local consumer trends, and Taiwan’s retail landscape.
* Communication & Relationship Building:
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and build strong relationships.
* Growth Mindset & Collaboration:
Proactive, collaborative, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment, willing to travel within Taiwan and to Mainland China for store visits and meetings.
* Digital Savvy & Language Skill:
Active on digital and social platforms with content creation skills is preference. Fluent in English and Mandarin with strong verbal and written communication skills.
