Overview of the Job:
Elevate Nike partner store operation ability and store athletes service ability through training and project execution
Responsible for leading the implementation of retail projects in TW and Greater bay cluster.
Job Responsibility:
Partner with geo TTT team to deliver training and program execution to drive HK’s partner operation and training team capability.
Define & align an evolved service model and think strategic with manager for Greater Bay Cluster to make retail excellent in TW.
Lead partner’s training team continue to execute excellence.
-Leverage internal training plan and tools to elevate partners training skills.
-Partner with the team to drive training program and elevate partners’ capability through some pilot project.
Requirements:
Learning agility and curiosity (in retail and sports industry); Training skill, Presentation skill and PPT skill is a must;
Rich experience and proven capabilities in retail or sports industry is preferred;
A team player with strong communication and influencing skills; Adaptive to ambiguity and thrives under pressure.
