Overview of the Job:

  • Elevate Nike partner store operation ability and store athletes service ability through training and project execution

  • Responsible for leading the implementation of retail projects in TW and Greater bay cluster.

Job Responsibility:

  • Partner with geo TTT team to deliver training and program execution to drive HK’s partner operation and training team capability.

  • Define & align an evolved service model and think strategic with manager for Greater Bay Cluster to make retail excellent in TW.

  • Lead partner’s training team continue to execute excellence.

-Leverage internal training plan and tools to elevate partners training skills.

-Partner with the team to drive training program and elevate partners’ capability through some pilot project.

Requirements:

  • Learning agility and curiosity (in retail and sports industry); Training skill, Presentation skill and PPT skill is a must;

  • Rich experience and proven capabilities in retail or sports industry is preferred;

  • A team player with strong communication and influencing skills; Adaptive to ambiguity and thrives under pressure.

  • Passion of Nike, passion of sport and passion of service

  • Language-English speaking and writing
