WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

This role sits within the EMEA Football Account Marketing team and partners daily with Marketplace Partners, Football Brand, Brand Creative, Product Merchandising, Planning & Operations, Sports Marketing, City Teams, and Retail Brand. Working closely with a Sr. Manager and a Lead Professional, this Specialist helps connect insights, product innovation, and partners to deliver cohesive seasonal campaigns across the region.
 

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re searching for an energetic and curious marketeer with a passion for football, athletes, and innovation. Someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, connects naturally with partners, and brings a consumer-first lens to every decision. You understand how digital and retail channels work together and are excited to build and execute connected stories that inspire the “Mad Baller.” You’re comfortable navigating multiple priorities, collaborating across diverse teams, and shaping ideas that elevate Nike’s presence with our football specialty partners. A growth mindset, strong communication, and a drive for executional excellence are essential.

You bring:

  • Experience supporting end-to-end campaign execution across digital and retail environments
  • Ability to translate consumer behavior into connected journey planning
  • Agility in working across multiple teams and shifting priorities
  • A passion for football, athletes, innovation, and the Nike Brand
  • Previous experience in account or category marketing (preferred)
     

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You’ll support the creation and execution of seasonal account plans and help bring Nike Football stories to life across our specialty partners. You’ll create innovative consumer-facing ideas, manage product and launch operations, and support high-visibility campaigns including World Cup 2026 and the Mercurial launch.

In this role, you will:

  • Build seasonal account plans and support account-specific initiatives such as events, photo shoots, and store experiences
  • Execute seasonal campaigns by adapting Nike’s integrated marketing plans for key partners
  • Grow strong relationships across internal teams, partners, agencies, and vendors
  • Prepare and support athlete photo shoots, including on‑site execution
  • Bring consumer insights forward and share learnings to shape future concepts
  • Partner with Retail Brand to ensure premium, on‑brand retail executions
  • Manage operational processes including Mission Control updates, weekly launch communication, product orders, seeding, and product launch calendars


    This role will be open until the 20th of march - there is no relocation possible.
