As Specialist II, Account Marketing, Sportswear Partners, you’ll help shape how that connection comes to life across partners and channels, supporting campaigns that inspire and resonate throughout EMEA.
 

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
 

Reporting directly into the Director, Account Marketing, Sportswear Partners, you’ll collaborate extensively across multiple departments and functions, including the Sportswear & Energy cross-functional team, Sportswear & Energy brand teams, Brand Creative, Sports Marketing, City cross-functional teams, and the external Account Marketing team. You’ll help connect these groups, ensuring alignment and contributing to unified, impactful seasonal campaigns across the region.
 

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
 

As part of the EMEA Account Marketing team, you’ll play an important role in bringing stories and campaigns to life through the Athlete Way, highlighting products, athletes, and services that inspire and enable the next generation. You’ll support the development and execution of seasonal marketing plans, ensuring product innovation and consumer engagement are prioritized across retail partners and their channels. You’ll also review campaign performance and apply learnings to strengthen future storytelling.
 

We’re looking for an enthusiastic marketeer with experience in digital or retail marketing, a strong affinity for sport and culture, and a solid understanding of the sporting goods industry and marketplace. You’re curious about where the industry is heading and how we can better serve Nike consumers. You bring a growth mindset, collaborative energy, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
 

YOU’LL BRING:
 

  • Experience in digital, retail, or brand marketing, ideally within the sporting goods or lifestyle industry.
  • A good understanding of consumer behavior and marketplace dynamics across EMEA.
  • The ability to translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills to work effectively with diverse teams and partners.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach and a passion for improving consumer experiences.
  • Curiosity, creativity, and a willingness to learn and evolve.
     

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
 

You’ll be part of the Account Marketing team dedicated to Sportswear Partners, collaborating closely with Nike Sportswear, Energy, and cross-functional marketplace teams. You’ll contribute to our seasonal offense and support the execution of marketing strategies and plans that drive key brand and business priorities.
 

  • Support seasonal campaigns and always-on storytelling, helping bring Nike’s marketing plans to life across partners and channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including Nike teams, marketplace partners, agencies, and vendors.
  • Act as a connector between integrated marketing teams, helping ensure alignment and collaboration.
  • Gather and analyze consumer insights to improve how we serve consumers and provide useful feedback to partners, marketing functions, and EMEA teams, informing both seasonal and long-term strategies.
