Job Purpose
- Responsible for executing partners fleet strategy, and supporting fleet director for delivering partners high-quality fleet projects.
- Co-work with marketplace team members to ensure the feasible door opening / renovation cadence through NIKE strategy.
Responsibilities
- Fully support fleet director for the holistic fleet execution.
- Work closely with fleet team members to monitor the door opening / renovation progress.
- Own the seasonal door plan / weekly ad-hoc publish and call out the related issues in time.
- Develop solid cross team relationships in marketplace function and bear WIN AS A TEAM in mind.
Requirements of this role
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
- 5-year working experiences in sports or retail related industry.
- Solid partner management skills.
- Solid communication and influence skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint and Excel.
