-Responsible for product review, accurate forecast, to drive future/FOP sell In & order book check.

Product Management

-Drive effective product & assortment review & pitchback.

-Deliver high quality assortment adoption.

-Power franchise portfolio management.

Account Product Management

-Build Account product management close loop from review – forecast -order -check.

- Work with PGTM, MFP, Store Merch to improve Partner GTM process.

Catalyze The Marketplace

-Lead the joint effort for Top Doors Attack (door open, assortment, allocation )

KEY DELIVERABLES:

-Delivery financial result (OTB, Rev, Comp, MOS).

-Improve product investment efficiency.
