We’re Looking For:
5+ years of work experience in art direction and design within an agency or brand with a strong focus on sport, youth, and culture.
You bring visionary storytelling, a passion for running culture, and expertise across digital, print, and film. A collaborative mindset, adaptability in fast-paced environments, and fluency in Mandarin and English are essential.
Key Qualifications:
- Strong portfolio showcasing innovative design and visual storytelling.
- Deep understanding of GC running culture and consumer behavior.
- Experience working on complex project work streams, collaborating with internal and external partners from the concept phase to execution.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Keynote etc.
What You’ll Do:
- Shape Nike’s brand expression through creative campaigns across digital and physical channels.
- Translate briefs into compelling concepts using mood boards, prototypes, and presentations.
- Collaborate with marketing teams and external partners to deliver high-impact work.
- Optimize design processes to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Who You’ll Work With:
Report to the Creative Director, Brand Creative, Running team, GC, partnering with internal teams (Brand, Digital, Media, City, IRL team, Sports Marketing) and external creatives (agencies, photographers, stylists, film directors, production partners etc.).
