WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
Nike’s Digital Operations team in Korea powers seamless consumer experiences across Nike.com and the Nike App. This role reports to the Manager of Digital Operations Korea and works closely with Business, Planning, Customer Service, Technology teams, and external agencies to execute best-in-class digital commerce.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Nike is looking for a sharp, detail-driven digital operations professional who thrives in a fast-moving e commerce environment. This individual brings structure to complexity, stays focused under pressure, and takes ownership of execution from start to finish. They combine analytical thinking with operational discipline, using data to drive decisions and improve performance.
They communicate clearly, collaborate naturally, and build trust across teams and markets. Comfortable navigating ambiguity, they adapt quickly and continuously look for smarter, faster ways to deliver. They care about precision, but never lose sight of the consumer—ensuring every digital touchpoint is accurate, consistent, and impactful.

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in e-commerce or digital operations, preferably in a multinational environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field. 
  • Strong proficiency in English with excellent communication skills
  • Experience with data and analytics tools such as Airtable, Tableau, or Adobe Analytics preferred
  • High attention to detail with a structured, process-driven approach


WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You will own end-to-end digital asset operations, ensuring every product launches on time, accurate, and consumer-ready. You’ll drive execution at speed, partner across teams, and continuously raise the bar for digital excellence across Nike’s platforms.

  • Lead daily and seasonal digital asset operations, including imagery, copy, and pricing to support flawless product launches
  • Partner with external agencies to validate assets and ensure Product Detail Page (PDP) accuracy and activation
  • Analyze asset readiness and activation performance, turning insights into actions that reduce risk and improve outcomes
  • Act as the local expert on global platform capabilities, driving adoption and educating cross-functional partners
  • Conduct testing, troubleshoot issues, and resolve defects to ensure a seamless digital experience
  • Collaborate with Business, Technology, and Operations teams to align priorities and execute with precision
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and scale best practices across the Korea digital business
