WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
 

As part of the EMEA Energy Marketing team, you will operate from our European Headquarters, collaborating across our wider territory Marketing organization. You will work closely with Brand Management, Brand Creative, Sports Marketing, and Communications teams, while maintaining strong connections with Energy Marketing teams in our Key Cities and our World Headquarters.
 

You will act as a bridge between city teams, Geo leadership, and global stakeholders - ensuring efficient processes, clear prioritization and making sure seasonal briefs flow effectively between all levels of the organization.

We are seeking a talented and strategic marketeer with a proven ability to connect diverse teams, align processes, and turn cross-market insights into impactful action.
 

Based at our European Headquarters, the successful candidate will have a passion for building strong cultural network, a keen understanding of the avant-garde consumer and an ability to imagine stories that create new spaces for our brand.

You will also have a deep understanding of how to navigate between local market needs and global brand strategies, ensuring that EMEA’s Energy Marketing efforts are relevant, consistent, and executed at the highest level.
 

The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking with strong organizational skills, thriving in a matrix environment where influence, clarity, and follow-through are key to success.
 

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience working in culture marketing and/or directly within youth culture.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and drive cross-functional marketing projects.
  • Track record of projects in collaboration with the Energy Marketplace, with ability to balance long-term vision with daily execution.
  • High understanding of youth culture and ability to create strategic relationships.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to express ideas with clarity and impact.
  • Experience in creative marketing concept development and execution in cultural marketing.
  • Passion for the Nike brand and understanding of its intersection with sport, culture, and youth trends.
  • Fluency in English (additional European languages are a plus).
     

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

Reporting directly to the EMEA Energy NBHD Marketing Director, you will be responsible for driving strategic consistency in the cross functional teams, as well as executing best-in-class marketing projects through the power of the Nike Energy ecosystem - from initial concept through to final execution.

In this role, you'll be tasked with creating visionary marketing concepts that push the boundaries of creativity and sport, while adding cultural relevance to key brand campaigns. You'll work on launching these campaigns through our leading wholesale partners and originating new partnerships in the cultural sphere.
 

Core Responsibilities:

  • Drive the Energy Offense through projects that are at the intersection of Sport Performance (Football, Running, etc.) and Culture.
  • Build Brand plans for tier 2/3 seasonal concept map projects.
  • Ensure functional excellence on processes, timelines and budget planning, supporting Key Cities in amplifying brand campaigns in a locally relevant yet globally consistent way
  • Gather and apply consumer insights to fuel scalable ideas globally.
  • Bring innovative thinking to keep the brand at the forefront of youth culture, building the marketplace of the future through the most relevant ecosystem of partners.

Your role will be dynamic and agile, ensuring we maintain the resources needed for pinnacle execution of our key priorities in an ever-changing landscape.
