WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You will join the Global Digital Operations team—a key function enabling the connection between Nike product with consumers digitally. This role operates within a cross-functional environment, partnering with copy, imagery and attribution teams at the global level supporting localized assortments within geos. This position does not have direct reports.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The candidate needs to be a detail-oriented and highly-organized operations professional with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in an evolving, fast-paced sport moment focused environment, managing multiple priorities, and ensuring accuracy cross functionally. A proactive mindset, problem-solving attitude, and ability to navigate both systems and manual processes are key to success in this role. Strong communication skills and effective collaboration across functions and geographies are also essential.

- Minimum 3+ years business experience
- Experiece with Airtable, Excel and Tableau required
- Understanding of basic retail business terminology
Bachelor’s degree in Business. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You will support the end-to-end operational execution required to allow our geo teammates to activate product digitally ontime.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners, fostering strong relationships and effective communication across geographies to ensure smooth end-to-end execution
- Track and drive asset readiness including imagery, copy and attribution for moment specific product including but not limited to World Cup, Olympics and geo local sport moments
- Lead cross functional meeting, send recaps and assign follow ups
- Run reports, analyze data and drive change cross functionally based on analytics
