You’ll collaborate with Nike Direct (our stores) and Marketplace Partners across Iberia and EMEA, while staying connected to the EMEA EKIN team to align on strategies and share best practices. Reporting directly to the Manager, Integrated Retail Marketing, EKIN Spain & Portugal, you’ll operate in a dynamic environment where adaptability, collaboration, and openness to diverse perspectives are key to unlocking new opportunities.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We’re seeking someone with a deep passion for Football and its culture, curiosity for our young consumer, and the drive to build meaningful relationships with them. You’ll be energized by Nike’s innovation and eager to become a trusted voice, educating partners about our brand, vision, and product innovation. Strong presentation and storytelling skills are essential, alongside experience in marketing, training, or project management. An understanding of the Spanish consumer and marketplace, fluency in English and Spanish, and the ability to adapt with agility and a growth mindset will set you apart.

You’ll bring:

  • A deep passion for Nike’s brand, mission, and innovation.

  • Prior experience in the marketplace within marketing or training, with a strong focus on innovation.

  • Experience in training delivery, project management, and digital content creation (highly advantageous).

  • Advanced presentation and storytelling skills.

  • A demonstrable understanding of the Spanish consumer, the territory, and Nike’s position within it, with a track record of making strategic marketing decisions.

  • A desire and willingness to adapt in an agile fashion to consumer and organizational needs, deepening member relationships.

  • A strong passion for Football, along with experience engaging directly with young athletes, footballers, coaches, clubs, or teams.

  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Spanish.

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

As Specialist II, Retail Marketing, EKIN, Spain & Portugal, you’ll deliver seasonal and year‑round education and engagement plans for Football, creating localized experiences that inspire and upskill retail employees on Nike’s mission, brand, and innovation. You’ll equip retail teams to act as Nike’s trusted voice, ensuring they not only know our products inside out but also believe in our vision to make athletes’ dreams real. Your work will also contribute to amplifying global campaigns locally, ensuring the Nike Sport Marketplace in Iberia shows up as pinnacle, and fueling Nike’s global engine with sharp consumer insights that can scale.

The nature of your day‑to‑day work will shift frequently, requiring you to adapt your style, influence, and approach to meet the moment. Success in this role means working collaboratively, drawing on intuition, and elevating both individual and collective thinking. You’ll stay open to the perspectives and expertise of those around you, using that input to shape coherent strategies and unlock new opportunities for the brand and our consumers.
