WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

The Site Experience team is at the center of the North America Digital retail ecosystem, optimizing the consumer journey end to end, in collaboration with multiple different Digital functions! This team owns product wall merchandising, product lifecycle, digital linking strategies, navigation and reading and reacting to the business. Our focus in Site Experience is a nonstop dedication to obsessing the consumer journey cross-platform.

You will be working with other Site Experience, Platforms, Digital Ops, Merchants, Planners, Brand partners and multiple other functions within the Nike Direct ecosystem. The site experience role is a critical connection point across all areas of the Digital business. This role will report to the Site Experience Manager, Jordan.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a Specialist II, Consumer Site Experience, Jordan, who will participate in the fast-growing Digital business in North America, to help develop and implement the cross-functional strategy for the Jordan Brand! This role focuses on setting up and implementing seasonal priorities while ensuring the consumer journey for Jordan is optimized on Nike.com and within Nike Apps. The candidate needs to have a sharp attention to detail, interest in e-commerce business, curiosity for marketplace and product trends, ability to learn analytics/new reporting tools and strong communication skills.

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of relevant education, experience and training
  • 1-3 years’ experience in digital commerce or retail
  • Strong proficiency with MS Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
  • Ability to work under tight timelines with precise accuracy
  • Strong communication skills and ability to clarify or resolve discrepancies
  • Ability to multitask and identify priorities in a fast-paced business
  • Experience working cross-functionally recommended
  • Nike & Jordan product knowledge is highly preferred

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You’ll be working cross-functionally with partners in multiple areas of the business (i.e. merchandising, planning, brand, platforms, digital ops) as the link tying together the seasonal assortment and marketing campaigns for the Jordan Brand. You’ll also own analyzing reporting and analytics to pull out unique insights to share back with leadership and other key partners to drive the business forward. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing seasonal readiness in partnership with Seasonal Operations and making product buyable on our platforms.
  • Merchandising your product walls to deliver a premium consumer experience grounded in strategy.
  • Consumer journey auditing and internal keyword search maintenance.
  • Marketing campaign assistance, inclusive of collection creation.
  • Based on takeaways and analytics, you will implement changes while working across all Digital channels to create a compelling digital consumer journey for Jordan.
  • Weekly and quarterly reporting for your area of the business, highlighting wins and opportunities rooted in data.
