Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently lead retail projects to implement in GC Nike owned retail stores. As team member, to work with cross team to support cooperate level project to launch and be adopted in GC Nike owned stores.

  • Communicate and corporate with cross-functional team partners for achieving every task milestone by deadline. Influence the management of each project by actively being involved in key meetings.

  • Monitor and supervise retail activities ensure store meet Nike swoosh standard. Support stores to solve operational challenges.

  • Coordinate and leverage multi-channel resource to provide solutions that address store faced issues in a timely and effective manner

  • Develop training toolkit for store employee to develop their skills and enhance their job performance. so that the store staff can deliver operational excellence to customer.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or above.

  • Around 5 years working experience in retail industry, like retail store management or retail operation. District management experience preferred.

  • Good communication and organization skills with both, internal and external stakeholders, strong presentation skill, which could better influence and convince higher level key stakeholder, like VP, Senior director ,director.

  •  Speaking and writing English fluently, need drive and lead to resolve issue cross GEOs (GLB counterpart to connect with regularly ).

  • Master office software of presentation and data analysis.

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast pace environment.

  • Strong ownership spirit, quick learner , results oriented and problem-solving.

  • Ability to work independently under pressure.
