WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
North America Digital Commerce & Platforms is an innovative and inclusive team committed to elevating the digital business through bold strategies and agile, in‑season decision-making. In this role, the Specialist partners closely with Digital Commerce, Planning, Marketing, and Operations, playing a key role in analyzing the weekly business and driving alignment across pricing, inventory, and site experience.

They thrive in a fast‑paced environment, effectively coordinating information across cross‑functional partners. They use business analysis and consumer insights to surface trends and opportunities that fuel weekly business performance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training
• 2+ years of experience in Digital Commerce, CRM, Site Experience, or Marketing
• Understanding of retail and the direct‑to‑consumer business model
• Ability to interpret data and identify trends and opportunities
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
• Demonstrates ownership, initiative, and the ability to work independently
• Proficiency with Excel, Tableau, and Airtable
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
As part of the team that drives the Nike Direct Digital business, you will:
• Support day‑to‑day and weekly delivery of the commercial plan for NA Digital Commerce
• Analyze business trends—traffic, conversion, product and franchise performance—to generate insights and recommend actions
• Coordinate the off‑price and promo offense in partnership with Planning, Sport teams, and Operations
