WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You will report to the Senior Manager D-Group.

This role requires close collaboration with key stakeholders across the organization driving project execution within the D-Group Marketplace Partner Unit, which includes retailers such as Snipes and Deichmann. You will also act as a key collaborator with the EMEA Sportswear Brand, Creative, Planning, Sports Marketing and Catalyst functions.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

As part of the D- Group Partner Marketing Team in EMEA, you will play a key role in bringing stories and marketing campaigns to life, inspired by the Athlete Way—featuring products, athletes, and services that inspire and enable the next generation. You will support and execute seasonal marketing plans, ensuring product innovation and consumer engagement are at the forefront across the retail partner and their channels. You will also evaluate campaign performance and apply learnings to future storytelling efforts.

For this role, we seek an enthusiastic marketeer with a background in digital and/or retail marketing, who shares our love for sport, youth culture, and consumer insights. This person loves pushing thinking into new innovative spaces and strives for executional excellence. 

The ideal candidate brings:  

  • Experience in building and bringing marketing campaigns to life, from content creation to implementation, across multiple channels.
  • Experience working in a corporate environment, with complex organizational matrix and managing multiple stakeholders, navigating through ambiguity to clarity.  
  • A genuine passion for sport and street culture, in any or all their multifaceted expressions.
  • Proven project management and organizational skills, with a track record of leading projects in autonomy, and a demonstrated ability to balance between creative and operational tasks.  
  • Experience and interest in working with data. They are comfortable both manipulating data and drawing insights to define strategies & opportunities in their day to day.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You will be working within the Partner Marketing team dedicated to the D-group. You will be collaborating with the Nike Sportswear and cross-functional partner team you will contribute to our seasonal offense and support in executing marketing strategies & plans that support our key brand and business priorities. 

  • Support seasonal campaigns and always-on storytelling, helping to bring Nike’s marketing plans to life.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including Nike teams, marketplace partners, agencies, and vendors.
  • Act as a key liaison between integrated marketing teams, ensuring alignment and collaboration.
  • Gather and analyze consumer insights to improve how we serve our consumers and provide valuable feedback to partners, marketing functions, and EMEA teams to help shape seasonal and long-term strategies.
