Icon. SH is Nike’s in-house production studio that leverages world class expertise and capabilities to unlock China-right content at daily speed and extensive scale. The studio is seeking a logistic specialist II for product planning at our studio to ensure right product in right time in right place.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a highly driven individual to support on-site logistic daily operation.

The logistic specialist II is responsible for inbound/outbound daily operational work in Icon. SH studio and ensure right products in right place.

  • You will implement entire process of merchandise receiving, tagging, shelfing process
  • You will partner with business team to responded to product needs
  • You will facilitate the timely and accurate delivery of merchandise to set

The ideal candidates need to have proven track record of logistical operational excellence, solid communication skill and continuous improvement mindset.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

During the buildout of Icon. SH, you will be leading the foundational work that includes:

  • Setup Icon. SH Warehouse space with all facilities ready
  • Developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) with line manager, validate and improve the entire process
  • Be proficient in system as super user and provide feedback for future enhancement priority
  • Receive inbound merchandise and run entire inbound/outbound process

Once the studio is operational, a typical day/week looks like

  • Processing inbound receiving and staging
  • Maintain product information in system
  • Product Tagging and shelfing
  • Regularly maintain unhand merchandise, inventory audit and cycle counts
  • Allocate products for pre-production
  • Quick response to ad-hoc products needs from production/postproduction/Live Stream team
  • Leveraging IT systems and reports to evaluate performance and identify improve areas

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

You will report to the Icon. SH Product Logistic Senior Professional and you will work with multiple teams across Nike’s enterprise to facilitate the capture of livestream, video and photography – include but not limited to Logistic teams, Marketplace teams, Partner Go-to-Market, as well as Internal Marketing sub-functions and our peer studios worldwide.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 3+ years of Logistics/Ecommerce/Photo Studio/Operations experience; successfully delivering results in logistics/operation/pre-production capability
  • Ability to create SOP from ground up and obsess with implementations
  • Possesses an inspiring work ethic with the ability to drive teams to high level of quality and performance
  • Strong collaborative skills with the ability to work with a diverse group of people
  • Computer savvy with advanced Microsoft Office Excel skills
  • Skilled in data analytics with the ability to drive clarity in information and share reports to the team
  • Strong critical thinking skills and results oriented with a bias for action
  • Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills
  • Flexible and able to work as needed, including the occasional weekend, to meet peak demands
  • Enthusiastic, positive energy and able to work well under pressure
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Fluency in both Chinese and English

The position is subject to the standard working hours system. Based on business needs, the company will make adjustments and arrangements for the work shifts and rest days of this position, and will notify you in advance (for example, work shifts may be divided into day shifts and afternoon shifts, and rest days may be scheduled on days other than Saturdays and Sundays).
