WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Production Coordinator who has experience in Photography, Video production or Live-Stream production. Working with Life-stream team, Video Team, Photography team and Merchandising team, Production Coordinator will play a crucial role in making sure that all productions are run smoothly end-to-end on schedule and budget.
As the Specialist II, Production, Icon Studios, Marketing, GC, you will:
- Natural Problem solver with enough industry expertise and connections to provide solutions
- Stay on top what is happening in the industry always bringing new solutions and new ideas to the table, on and off camera
- Super detail oriented to deal with inventory list, equipment list or any other detailed paperwork
- Teamplayer who is willing to wear different hats depends, making sure the team strives for the best result
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
Reporting to the Manager of Studio Production, you will work closely with the creative and styling teams, post-production specialists, and digital imaging experts to deliver high-quality e-commerce content. You will also collaborate with internal Nike stakeholders to align production outputs with broader brand and business goals.
WHAT YOU BRING
· 3+ years of experience in e-commerce production both stills & videos
· Strong knowledge of e-commerce workflows and experience inventory management
· Experience managing production teams and external vendors in fast-paced environments.
· Ability to deal with internal systems as part of project initiation or wrap of the project
· Strong understanding of Nike’s brand, products, and consumer mindset.
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to troubleshoot and resolve challenges during shoots or in post-production.
· Passion for innovation and experimentation in e-commerce production methods.
· Collaborative mindset with strong communication and relationship-building skills.

The position is subject to the standard working hours system. Based on business needs, the company will make adjustments and arrangements for the work shifts and rest days of this position, and will notify you in advance (for example, work shifts may be divided into day shifts and afternoon shifts, and rest days may be scheduled on days other than Saturdays and Sundays).
