Overview of the Job:

As part of the GC Retail Marketing team, you are the visionary strategist and storyteller who build the future of marketing – and the skeleton off of which the ecosystem is built – within Nike’s retail fleet. You’re going to create consumer -distinct, scalable Stores Marketing Strategies that drive the brand and the business 

As part of the GC Concept Experience team, your role will include adopting and optimizing global retail marketing capabilities and strategies that drive Nike-Only distinction. Drive GC C4C Retail Concepts Strategy to unleash FOP opportunities. Elevate our GC retail concepts at scale and maintain retail brand standard across the GC fleet. Develop & deliver Service & Experience Strategy for both Global & C4C concepts. You will work with different brand function squads, Concept and marketplace counterparts to ensure the experiences are brought to life in a consistent way.

Key Partnership:

  • X-functional Retail marketing & Brand Creative teams including RB, VM, RP, EKIN, Store Design and Storytelling Design.
  • X-functional marketplace teams including NDSS, Retail Concept, Field, Care, Account, Social Commerce, and Merch.
  • Global Retail Marketing and Concept Experience counterparts

Job Responsibility:

  • Execute retail marketing strategy across global and C4C retail concepts to drive Nike distinction and capture future growth.
  • Execute E2E (briefing to execution) concept specific contents and experiences partner with other RM and Marketplace function teams.
  • Execute service and experience strategy that elevate and deepen consumer brand engagement, drive traffic to the store.
  • Deliver scalable and sustainable “toolkits” that maintain brand standard and meet the commercial needs in all concepts .
  • Execute data, insights and learnings to future concept experience strategies and briefs.

Functional Skill Required (Hard skills):

  • In-store consumer experience and journey creation and execution across global, geo and city.
  • Deep understanding of consumer experience across all channels and platforms.
  • The ability to bring Nike to life for consumer in retail space and make them fall in love with the brand.
  • Consumer industry & insights acumen.
  • Storytellers who push boundaries and inspire consumers to chase their potential and believe in sport.

Experience Required (Soft skills):

  • Typically requires a bachelor’s degree and minimum of 3-5 years directly relevant work experience.
  • Is passionate about Sports and Retail.
  • Executed large- and small-scale experiences.
  • Has innate curiosity to learn and grow, professionally.
  • Is familiar with English and can write/speak fluently.
