We are in search of a Specialist Stores Marketing to join our Jordan brand team in EMEA. The ideal candidate has a true passion for sports, physical retail and is digitally savvy. WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
- As a Specialist Stores Marketing for the Jordan brand, you will own the end-to-end execution of the Jordan brand seasonal storytelling as well as the 365 initiatives across the EMEA Direct Stores network including owning the seasonal project tracker, our red thread to drive seasonal readiness
- You will own the Stores Marketing execution of new stores and Jordan destination openings/elevations, ensuring the brand’s strategy is implemented in partnership with Visual Merchandising and Brand Creative Retail Design team
- You will lead the weekly connect with key city Stores Marketing team and act as the POC between key cities and EMEA and Global Stores marketing team
- You will work closely with Merchandising and DSM to ensure launch readiness and own the key style tracking
- You will create learning agendas across all Direct Stores Marketing initiatives
- You will own the collaboration with the EMEA EKIN teams and be responsible to gather input to inform briefs and be the POC to support key city Stores Marketing team
- You will own budget tracking for the initiatives you lead

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
As a Jordan Specialist Stores Marketing, you will report directly into the EMEA Jordan Direct Stores Marketing director. You will work fluidly across the Jordan Marketing team but will also work cross-functionally within Jordan EMEA Marketing key partners such as, Visual Merchandising & Styling, Digital marketing, Partner marketing and Sports Field of Play brand management. You will also work closely with the EKIN, Merchandising and DSM teams.
WHAT YOU BRING
A successful candidate will be expected to clearly demonstrate and articulate experience of the below essential requirements to be considered. Candidates that meet these criteria will then be assessed based on the competencies also outlined below.
Essential Requirements
- Prior extensive experience in Stores Marketing roles for physical retail with an EMEA scope
- Proven track record of successful end-to-end execution of seasonal storytelling/365 Stores Marketing initiatives
- Ability to clearly prove successful project management experience is critical
- Proven experience identifying and managing external relationships with individuals including but not limited to agencies and retail franchise partners
- Must be able to demonstrate deep understanding of Visual Merchandising principles and how this fuels the Stores Marketing strategies and executions
- Must be able to demonstrate how to work independently and proactively and have experience working in a matrix organization
- EKIN experience is a plus

- Demonstrate an authentic connection and/or understanding to the Jordan Sport Field of plays: Energy. Streetwear and Sport (Basketball, BB, Global Football, Golf) communities in Milan.
