WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You will report to the Director of Kids Brand Management, North America, working on a dynamic, fast-moving team that brings seasonal brand stories to life. You’ll collaborate across Global Kids Brand, Geo Sport Brand, Digital Brand Marketing, Retail Marketing, Creative, Social & Community Impact, Sports Marketing, and agency partners.

They understand how great marketing comes to life—from concept to execution—and are motivated by making an impact on the next generation of athletes.
  • 5+ years of experience in Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related fields
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training
  • Strong proficiency in Keynote, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Airtable
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You will help bring bold ideas to life for the next generation of athletes. As part of the Kids Brand Marketing team, you’ll support seasonal campaigns, product storytelling, and integrated marketing plans that connect sport, culture, and community.
  • Manage product ordering for seeding, influencer activations, and key brand moments
  • Support execution of seasonal brand marketing plans across multiple consumer touchpoints
  • Build and maintain timelines, ensuring campaigns deliver on time and at a high standard
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align on assets, messaging, and execution
  • Coordinate marketing assets to ensure consistency across digital, retail, and social channels
  • Support product launches, sport moments, and consumer experiences that drive engagement
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, identifying opportunities to optimize impact
