WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
This role sits within Nike HR’s Learning & Development (L&D) ecosystem, a team that strengthens leadership and capability across the enterprise. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Learning Operations, you’ll partner closely with L&D design, facilitation, and operations teams to ensure programs & experiences are ready to launch and run smoothly. You’ll also collaborate with Workday Learning partners, event planning, cross-functional & regional stakeholders, & external vendors to deliver a consistent, high‑quality participants experience.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
The Learning & Development Operations Specialist leads the execution and supports continuous improvement of learning programs & experiences that reflect Nike culture, inspire connection, and drive performance. We’re looking for someone who takes ownership & thrives on sweating the details. The ideal individual is comfortable owning day‑to‑day operational activities across program planning, logistics, systems, communications, and reporting, ensuring a consistent and high‑quality experience for learners and partners.
2+ years of experience in operations, learning, event planning & coordination, or a related field
Bachelor’s degree in Learning & Development, Human Resources, Business, Education, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training
Proven experience managing multiple competing priorities, tasks & deadlines independently
Strong attention to detail and follow‑through
Ability to deliver timely, clear communication to ensure activities are executed as planned across audiences
Confidence using learning systems and communication tools, such as Workday Learning & Campaign Monitor, as part of daily work
Team player who builds & maintains trusted, productive working relationships with stakeholders & partners
WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
You’ll execute the day‑to‑day operations that bring Nike’s learning programs to life. Your work ensures programs are delivered smoothly, consistently, and with an athlete‑obsessed focus on the participant experience.
Execute end‑to‑end learning program and experience logistics, including scheduling, communications, vendor coordination, and budget tracking
Drive operational readiness by partnering closely with L&D design and facilitation teams
Act as the primary day‑to‑day operational point of contact for stakeholders and partners
Maintain and execute updates to learning program calendars, operational milestones, and key program data
Produce, validate, and distribute accurate reports, such as attendance & forecasting, to support L&D design and delivery decisions
Support regional program activation to deliver a consistent participant experience
Produce learning programs using Zoom webinars, managing breakout rooms, facilitating interactive polls, monitoring participant attendance, and administering surveys
Manage courses and assignments in Workday Learning
