Our mission in Pacific Marketplace Supply Chain (MSC) is to connect consumers with easy access to product when, where and how they shop today and into tomorrow. We are currently recruiting for the role of Marketplace Supply Chain Specialist; this is a permanent role reporting into the Marketplace Supply Chain Integrated Fulfilment Planning Snr Manager.
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
Reporting to the Senior Manager of the Integrated Fulfilment Planning (IFP) team, this role will engage with the IFP team and frequently collaborate with the Marketplace Supply Chain (MSC) team. In addition to these, they will work cross functionally through the wider Pacific business and interact with other territories and global teams.

Driving end-to-end operations, the successful candidate is an organised and flexible multitasker with a data driven mindset. Requiring the assessment of cross functional impact and the prioritization of tasks, they drive efficiency in their direction. With multiple touchpoints throughout the business, they are comfortable and calm in the management of an array of stakeholders on a day-to day basis.
The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate the below:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Supply Chain/Operations Management/IT or other relevant fields, with industry experience being preferable.
- Proficient in English to communicate in written and verbal environments, including meetings etc.
- Analytical mindset to produce quality data driven insights and visualizations.
- Strong Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint user.
- Experience across ERPs (SAP), SQL, PowerBI, Tableau, IBM reporting suites favourable.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
Working within the IFP team, you will perform operational tasks to support the business’s strategy relating to orderbook management, in addition to the maintenance of our B2B customer data. Closely collaborating with large cross-functional teams, we are to ensure the flawless execution and a seamless consumer journey.

- Partner cross-functionally within Nike (with Global and Geo MSC, the Integrated Marketplace Team, Merchandising, Logistics, Tech, Demand Supply Management) to flawlessly execute.
- Promotion of Key Moments through business wide summaries, drawing on analytical competencies and the establishment of KPIs.
- Ensure visibility through the coordination of regular meetings with account personnel to discuss risk and opportunities.
- Lead with a consumer first mindset to deliver market competitive speed across all marketplace orders and help meet our precision commitments on deliveries.
- The implementation and maintenance of B2B customer data within SAP, including account setup, shipping configurations and system prioritisation.
