WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

This role sits within the Sports Marketing Operations team in Brazil, based in Rio de Janeiro, and works closely with CBF, the Brazil Distributor, Global Football Operations, Product, Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, and external logistics partners.

The role operates in a highly executional and office‑based environment, focused on product planning, ordering, logistics coordination, and operational follow‑through to support Sports Marketing commitments. This position reports to the Sr. Manager, Global Football, Sports Marketing, LATAM.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a senior individual contributor with strong experience in sports marketing operations, product logistics, or supply chain execution.

The ideal candidate is highly detail‑oriented, comfortable working with product data, forecasts, budgets, and Excel, and experienced in managing end‑to‑end operational processes involving multiple stakeholders. This role requires discipline, organization, and the ability to execute with accuracy and consistency.

This position is primarily office‑based, with limited travel

Key qualifications include:

  • 8+ years of experience in sports marketing operations, logistics, supply chain, or related fields
  • Strong financial, forecasting, and analytical skills, with proven experience managing product budgets
  • Advanced Excel proficiency (tracking, forecasting, reconciliation, reporting)
  • Experience working with product ordering, international and local deliveries, and inventory coordination
  • Ability to work cross‑functionally in a matrix organization
  • Availability to work in Brazil (Rio de Janeiro)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You will own and execute the Sports Marketing product operations for sponsored assets, ensuring all contractual product obligations are fulfilled accurately, on time, and within budget.

This role is execution‑focused, centered on product planning, order management, logistics tracking, and delivery coordination, working closely with assets representatives , Nike global teams, distributors, factories, and logistics partners.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Execute and manage Sports Marketing product operations for sponsored assets, ensuring compliance with all contractual obligations
  • Coordinate with assets representatives to validate product quantities, sizing, and requirements for athletes and teams
  • Independently manage product orders in collaboration with the Brazil Distributor and factories (local and international)
  • Track purchase orders, product codes (POS), shipments, customs processes, and final delivery
  • Coordinate product receipt and collection with logistics partners and Brazil Distributor
  • Ensure product availability for all scheduled matches and competitions, with orders placed in correct timelines
  • Track, forecast, and control product budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and adherence to planned spend
  • Support product compliance and maximize return on product investment through accurate execution
  • Identify and proactively mitigate operational, timing, and product risks
