Sr. Data Analytics Manager – NIKE, Inc. - Beaverton, OR. Participate in data analysis and design of analytics products within a focused area of Nike’s business value stream to enable data driven business decisions; drive performance and lead to accomplish annual goals; translate complex business requirements into data requirements and work with internal customers to define data requirement details based on expressed partner needs; work on structured and end-to-end analysis to inform product strategy, data architecture and reporting decisions; analyze existing datasets and interfaces to understand and document current state data architectures; contribute to future state data architecture designs by applying data requirements, data profiles and business rules to current state architectures in alignment with best practices and standards; work on extensive data profiling to understand data behavior and business rules; document data architecture solutions, business requirements, training material and business processes for both business and technical audiences; assist in the adoption of data products with end users through user training; leverage existing frameworks for repeatable validation of data integrity within data products supporting accurate and consistent reporting and analytics; support standard methodologies in data analysis; and develop SQL queries and data visualizations to fulfill ad-hoc analysis requests and ongoing reporting needs demonstrating standard query syntax. Telecommuting is available from anywhere in the U.S., except from AK, AL, AR, DE, HI, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, MT, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, OH, OK, RI, SD, VT, WV, and WY. 

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or Computer Science and one year of experience in the job offered or related Data Analytics occupation.  
 
Experience must include:  

  • Data warehouse 

  • BI Analytics solution design 

  • Agile management systems, such as Jira or Confluence 

  • Agile scrum processes 

  • Dimensional modeling 

  • AWS 

  • Database management systems 

  • SSAS Cubes, Tabular and Cognos Packages 

  • Data visualization tools, such as, Tableau, IBM Cognos, and PowerBI 

  • Business process mapping

Employer will accept No Degree and 3 years of the job offered or related Data Analytics occupation.
