1. Senior Merch Financial Planner, EMEA
About the Role:
Seeking an analytical, adaptable problem-solver with strong communication skills to develop multi-seasonal merchandise financial plans for Nike Marketplace Partners. You’ll bridge commercial needs with actionable insights, delivering detailed plans to support consumer demand in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Shape 6-season merchandise financial plans, including orders, margins, and inventory
Partner with cross-functional teams to drive in-season inventory, reconcile assortment plans, and ensure alignment
Influence and optimize inventory sell-through across the marketplace
Key Qualifications:
Experience in business planning, Demand Supply Management, finance, or merchandising
Proficiency in Excel and planning systems.
Strong analytical skills with a growth mindset for leveraging data in decision-making
2. Assortment Planner, EMEA
About the Role:
Seeking a strategic, consumer-focused planner to develop end-to-end franchise plans for major accounts, aligning Nike’s commercial goals with product and assortment strategies. You’ll optimize in-season performance through collaborative planning, inventory management, and data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Co-create and influence seasonal plans, focusing on sales, margin, inventory, and receipts
Monitor and analyze business performance, adjusting strategies to optimize demand and inventory
Drive insights for financial and assortment planning across multi-year strategies
Key Qualifications:
Previous solid years in retail/merch financial planning, with expertise in Excel and data modeling
Strong critical thinking, risk assessment, and analytical skills
Excellent communication and influencing skills to engage stakeholders effectively
