WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

This role is part of the NIKE Direct Retail organization, leading a district of stores across the LATAM marketplace. The team focuses on delivering premium consumer experiences, operational excellence, and strong marketplace results. You will report to regional retail leadership, manage store leadership teams, and partner with cross‑functional groups including Retail Operations, Merchandising, HR, Finance, and Marketplace teams.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a Store District Senior Manager, LATAM with deep multi‑store experience and the ability to drive both strategy and execution. This person brings strong operational expertise, leadership maturity, and a consumer‑first mindset. They thrive in fast‑paced, complex environments, communicate effectively across diverse stakeholders, and inspire store leaders to achieve excellence. The ideal candidate is skilled in talent development, strategic planning, solving complex operational challenges, and managing large teams with multiple layers.

You will need:

  • Based in Mexico City with the ability to travel throughout the country to visit stores, as well as internationally when required. This role requires 2–3 days per week working on‑site in the office.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or any acceptable combination of education, experience, and training equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree.
  • 6+ years of experience in multi‑store retail leadership or relevant operational leadership roles.
  • Proven experience leading large teams, making decisions regarding performance, pay, staffing, and resource allocation.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills to address complex challenges and influence across stakeholders.
  • Ability to perform standard retail physical activities as required.
  • Any country‑specific requirements for LATAM markets.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You will lead the performance and long‑term growth of a district of NIKE stores across LATAM. You will drive sales results, elevate service standards, advance operational excellence, and build strong, high‑performing store leadership teams. You will ensure consistent execution of NIKE’s retail strategies and act as a key connector between stores and corporate functions.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead a district of stores, ensuring strong sales performance, consumer satisfaction, operational consistency, and profitability.
  • Build and execute short‑ and long‑term business strategies aligned with regional and NIKE Direct priorities.
  • Develop and coach store leadership teams, driving talent development and performance management across the district.
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams (Retail Ops, Merchandising, HR, Finance, Marketplace) to ensure alignment and execution of key initiatives.
  • Ensure product availability, visual standards, and service excellence that reflect NIKE’s premium brand experience.
  • Analyze business results, identify trends, and implement solutions to improve store and district performance.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies, operational procedures, and financial controls across all stores in the district.
