WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
As a Sourcing Analyst, you will be part of the Apparel and Accessories - Long-Range Sourcing Team, reporting to the Director – Long Range Sourcing. You will collaborate closely with other peer groups within the Sourcing Team, including Seasonal Sourcing and CxFOP (Consumer x Fields of Play) Sourcing, as well as external stakeholders such as Global Supply Planning, Partner Management, Integrated Data Science and Analytics (IDSA) and Costing Excellence.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a strategic and analytical Sourcing Analyst to drive business growth through data-driven insights and process excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, supply chain analytics, and process improvement.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Analytics or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training.
Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience (supply chain, data analytics, or process improvement experience a plus)
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to extract insights from large datasets and present findings in a clear and actionable way
Proficiency in data analytics tools and software (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI)
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to various stakeholders
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
As a Sourcing Analyst, you will be responsible for support the Long-Range Sourcing processes through data-driven insights, process excellence, and cross-functional collaboration. Your key responsibilities will include:
Supporting the evolution of the Long-Range Capacity Planning (LRCP) process, including supporting the development of data science models in collaboration with the IDSA team to enhance process efficiency and reliability
Creating and maintaining strategic alignment dashboards to support the Long-Range Sourcing team, as well as automating Partner growth methodology and providing insights to inform business decisions
Coordinating and facilitating stakeholder engagement, including managing key communication channels, such as newsletters, and coordinating partner visits and key meetings
Providing strategic insights and recommendations to inform business decisions, including developing and maintaining key metrics and analytics tools, such as the country risk assessment calculator
