WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

Within Nike’s European Logistics Network, at the ELC, we play an essential role in the athlete's experience with supply chain as our strength. You collaborate with different partners in our ELC such as DNO, GROW, LPE, Tech as well as with our European and Global HQ.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You are someone curious who enjoys navigating complex challenges. You will need to collaborate with multiple stakeholders from all hierarchies and have a continuous improvement mentality always present. You have strong analytical skills that can translate big data into relevant insights for our operations in a simple and creative way, you challenge the status quo by finding solutions in what seemed to be impossible.

You enjoy a fast pace environment with opportunities to work on long term E2E projects where you focus on efficiencies and improving our Transportation processes. You have a passion for performance management, innovation and sustainability and have relevant experience in the Distribution, Supply Chain and Logistics.

  • Your backpack contains minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Distribution and Supply Chain and Logistics.
  • Strong analytical skills are required. Genuine curiosity for data and a strong desire to build data visualization and analytics expertise are essential (Tableau, Snowflake, ...).
  • You enjoy the pace of a run environment and are always looking for opportunities to improve our E2E processes.
  • You are a self-starter: your solid project management skills take your assignments to the next level.
  • You are an excellent communicator in English, Dutch is an asset! Convey your ideas with passion to make impressive progress.
  • Your strong stakeholder management and influencing skills made you cross many finish lines already.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

In this role, you’ll collaborate with multiple stakeholders to identify potential supply chain challenges. You’ll overcome them by supporting the crafting and implementation of innovative solutions including process initiatives, performance management solutions and efficiency gain focused projects. Together with a team you will work on our E2E process improvements within Transportation.

As a successful Supply Chain Analyst, you’ll face diverse challenges that are specific to our Transportation network in EMEA. You’ll succeed by bringing value to the business in different ways while you get to work in a fast pace, multi-functional environment.

Key opportunities to develop in this role:

  • Be part of projects that will evolve our campus such as Tender processes, Lead Time reduction, Flow Optimization, Performance Management, among others.
  • Provide data analysis and create dashboards to enable the business (e.g. VSM’s), measure progress and provide insights for opportunities.
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and grow your facilitation skills
  • Grow your knowledge in Nike’s Supply Chain and Distribution network.
