• End-to-End accountability: Coordinate – own where applicable / govern
where needed – the Marketplace Supply Chain process steps in scope to
ensure seamless execution from order entry to delivery
• Single Point of Contact: Act as the stakeholder’s primary contact for the
assigned scope and responsibilities, streamlining communications and
ensuring clarity for both internal teams and marketplace partners
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate across functions to ensure
impactful execution of key moments, navigate process exceptions, account
complexity and ensure alignment to drive success for Nike Inc.
• Insights Generation & Application: Use processes and existing tooling to
pro-actively generate and operationalize insights to support stakeholders
and marketplace partners
Role requirements
• This role requires someone who thrives in a dynamic and complex

improvements, and brings accountability to deliver results for the athlete*
• 3+ years Customer facing experience
• Commercial and financial acumen
• Influencing x-functional stakeholders
