WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
The North America Logistics team operates within Global Logistics to deliver a premium consumer experience anchored in reliability, speed, and precision. This role partners across transportation providers, internal logistics teams, and cross-functional stakeholders, reporting into Transportation leadership and collaborating closely with distribution, customs, and trade teams.

This candidate understands transportation from first mile through final mile and know how to translate performance metrics into meaningful improvements. They’re comfortable working in fast-paced environments, prioritizing effectively, and solving problems before they slow things down.
The candidate will bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training
2+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain operations
Experience working with and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to drive operational improvements
Strong analytical capabilities and data management experience
Experience in the footwear or retail industry is a plus
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You will help power a transportation network that delivers the right product to the right place at the right time. From first mile to final mile, you’ll drive performance, uncover opportunities, and execute solutions that keep product moving and consumers satisfied.
Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize transportation operations across first, mid, and final mile legs
Partner with transportation providers to monitor performance and drive accountability
Analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
Lead execution of initiatives that improve efficiency, reliability, and cost performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including distribution, customs, and trade to ensure seamless operations
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners
Generate and implement ideas to overcome transportation challenges and continuously improve the network
