Senior Transportation Performance Analyst [LEVEL 35, NA Trade and Transportation ]

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You’ll work cross-functionally with North America Supply Chain teams, technology, and product teams. In the business, main stakeholders include Process and Solutions Enablement, Trade and Transportation, Marketplace Supply Chain, and Demand Supply Management. For technology, key stakeholders are part of Production Support, SCPT, and SEC.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Nike is seeking a Senior Transportation Performance Analyst with a bias for action, process improvement, and an analytical mindset. The ideal candidate collaborates across internal teams and external stakeholders, driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Analytics, Finance, or related field.
- 5+ years in process management, supply chain operations, or logistics with emphasis on automation and data analysis.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (Required).
- Experience with ERP and TMS systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA or similar).
- SQL and/or Python (Nice to have).
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building skills
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You will drive day-to-day operational excellence by ensuring data integrity, resolving process exceptions, and enabling accurate logistics and financial data. You’ll manage data integrity, optimize logistics processes, document SOPs, streamline workflows, and partner with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex data integrity and exception handling for SAP S/4HANA, Freight Audit & Pay, and related systems; design preventive controls and quality checks.
- Lead root-cause analysis, recommend and implement corrective actions, and close out issues.
- Develop and maintain SOPs and training materials for consistent execution.
- Establish and update KPI suites; create dashboards as needed.
- Coordinate activities among Supply Chain, Finance, DC Operations, and vendors.
- Provide guidance to Business Analysts to support team capability and consistency.
- Summarize analysis clearly and provide recommendations for various audiences.
- Support exception management and process improvements related to Transportation, Supply Chain, and Finance.
- Assist with accurate and timely cost and revenue recognition across logistics segments.
