The Global Store Development team is a dynamic, diverse, and driven group committed to advancing our real estate operations and contributing to NIKE’s exciting future. We create value through strong cross-functional partnerships, deep subject-matter expertise, and driving Nike’s journey as an outstanding retailer within the Nike Stores organization.

Reporting to the Lease Services Director, this is a critical role within Nike Global Store Development organization.  Based out of Nike World Headquarters in Beaverton, Oregon, you will serve and support global and geography counterparts in multiple functions, including real estate operations, store development, lease administration, store construction, finance, and controlling. 

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking someone to join a world-class lease services organization to support a rent payment management and administration program in a very dynamic environment, working effectively and building trust with a variety of internal and external partners, while managing a complex matrix of internal and external partnerships with cross-functional teams across our global and geography teams.

What you Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree, or combination of relevant education, experience and training
  • Experience in retail real estate, real estate finance, real estate operations, finance, controlling
  • Experience and comfort with data and financial models
  • Ability to handle a wide range of responsibilities and prioritize accordingly
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and to evolve in a fast-paced environment
  • Great teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications including PowerPoint and Excel, KeyNote and Smartsheet

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

As our Nike Global Lease Services Analyst, you will provide cross-functional support for the optimal management of Nike’s retail store portfolio with a strategic emphasis on its Lease Services, Lease Administration, and performance reporting functions. In this capacity, you will:

  • Support the rollout and stabilization of a globally-scaled rent management and sales reporting program across Nike’s geographies, facilitating on-time, accurate rent payment and lease savings
  • Update and maintain key databases and trackers related to Nike’s Global Stores Real Estate portfolio
  • Support the creation, implementation, and management of a global cost recovery program, including CAM reconciliations and field audits
  • Support the adoption of new tools & frameworks for Lease Administration, Rent Payment, Audit & Portfolio Management practices
  • Utilize effective oral and written communication skills for internal and external stakeholders
  • Support the development of enhanced KPIs and reporting for Nike’s Global Lease Services Center of excellence
  • Build trusting and meaningful relationships with internal partners
