Overview of the Job:
Work closely with Nike Football / Tennis / Golf Merch team to drive product excellence & curate consumer-right assortment for GC Marketplace (Store & Digital). Key responsibility covers system maintains, sample management, data analysis, content support on seasonal meetings.
Job Responsibility:
- Future line plan: Build Merchandising fundamental - Ensure on time, consistent, accurate delivery of Merchandising Information
YOY product comparison tool Sample order & check System maintain (MMX/MPM) Seasonal meeting support (CMP/SSR/PSP/SPA)
- In Season Management: Chase business performance, and quickly translate to right consumer insights
Weekly ST report data preparation Consumer feedback collection on product & new trend (X team cooperation) Have a good sense on consumer insights/market trend and proactively explore new business opportunities.
Functional Skill Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Good communication and good English/Mandarin
- Excellent at Excel
- Merchandising, buying, or integrated retail experience
- Sport lover with passion (Football will be a plus)
Soft Skill Required:
- Problem solving, Be open minded and curious, Demonstrate Brand Passion.
