WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You will report into EMEA Express Lane Apparel Sr. Direcor and work closely with Express Lane Product Management, Development, Business Integration, Design, Finance, Supply Planning, Global Sourcing teams, and key external manufacturing partners.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for a strategic and people‑focused leader to own and evolve the sourcing and costing agenda for Express Lane EMEA. This role is critical to how we deliver speed and responsiveness while protecting margin and product integrity. You bring clarity to complex environments, confidently leading teams and cross‑functional partners through change and ambiguity.
You combine big‑picture thinking with hands‑on execution. You know how to balance consumer demand, commercial targets, and operational realities, and you’re comfortable making decisions with imperfect information. Most importantly, you lead with empathy, accountability, and a strong point of view—building confident, capable teams that deliver results.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Relevant experience in sourcing, costing, product development, or supply chain operations
  • Proven people‑leadership experience, with a track record of leading through change
  • Strong strategic mindset paired with operational rigor and attention to detail
  • Ability to influence cross‑functional partners with clear, data‑grounded communication
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills preferred


WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You will set direction for Express Lane EMEA sourcing and costing while ensuring strong, end‑to‑end execution across responsive source bases. You’ll lead with clarity, move with speed, and help the team deliver consumer‑right product—on time and on margin.

  •  You set and drive the Express Lane EMEA sourcing and costing strategy aligned to speed, margin, and responsiveness
  • You lead and stabilize responsive operating models across near‑shore and far‑shore source bases
  •  You own end‑to‑end sourcing and costing execution from concept through buy‑ready and order placement
  • You partner with Product, Development, Design, Finance, and Supply Planning to evaluate cost and margin trade‑offs
  •  You proactively identify sourcing, costing, capacity, and lead‑time risks and drive mitigation plans
  •  You coach and develop a team of sourcing and costing professionals, building capability and accountability
  •  You represent sourcing and costing as a senior voice in cross‑functional forums and with key suppliers
