Overview of the Job:
This role will manage the daily operations of the NIKE direct digital channel, and empowering the marketplace supply chain through actions such as the construction of foundations of new channels inclusion, and develop business performances.
Key Partnership:
This role works closely with partners inside and outside the supply chain, with mixed backgrounds.
- GC platform owners, GC logistics, GC planning, Marketplace Supply chain, GC Merchandising & GC Marketing
Job Responsibility:
- This role is to manage the supply chain operation on Nike stores on Tmall (4 digital stores), the business volume is around 20% to Nike China marketplace share and plays a crucial role in our business layout.
- This role needs to be responsible to deliver Nike athletes promise thru managing supply chain operations on Nike on Tmall platform, including monthly performance evaluations on consumer delivery, inventory readiness, costing analysis, consumer claim case, and bill processing. Meanwhile, during major consumer moments like 618 and D11, he plays a e leadership role to ensure the smooth campaign planning and execution on Nike Tmall platform.
- This role is leading innovation and process excellence on the system and productivity to achieve annual business target and contributes to enhancing the operation efficiency of the platform.
Functional Skills Required (Hard Skills):
- +5 years experience in supply chain and related industries.
- Faster leaner and good communication skills;
- Project management including cross-function cooperation.
- Knowledge of data visualization, presentation and statistical analyses.
