Based in Paris, you will lead the vision and strategy for Football across France, creating meaningful connections with athletes and consumers through bold storytelling, innovative marketing, and unforgettable brand experiences. WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
 

As Director, Brand Marketing, Football France, you will report to the Senior Director, Marketing, France, and lead a passionate team of brand marketers dedicated to elevating the Football business and brand across the marketplace.
 

You will partner closely with teams across Sales, Sports Marketing, Clubs & Federations, Digital Creative, Retail Marketing, Communications, Energy Marketing, Social Community & Impact, EMEA Football, and Global Marketing to deliver connected, consumer-led experiences that drive impact across every touchpoint.
 

As a member of the France Marketing Leadership Team, you will collaborate with senior leaders across functions to shape strategy, influence priorities, and ensure excellence in execution. Your ability to build strong partnerships, inspire teams, and navigate complexity will be critical to success.
 

You will also serve as a trusted advisor to the Senior Director, Marketing, France, helping elevate the role of Football within the broader marketing agenda and championing creative excellence across the organization.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
 

As Director, Brand Marketing, Football France, you will define and lead the vision for Football across France, with Paris at its cultural heart. You will shape how Nike connects with athletes and consumers through bold storytelling, innovative marketing, and meaningful experiences that reinforce the brand’s leadership in one of the world’s most influential football markets.
 

Your mission is to inspire and empower your team to bring that vision to life. From the biggest moments in sport to grassroots community connections, you will ensure Nike shows up in ways that are authentic, culturally relevant, and unmistakably impactful.
 

You will translate global and EMEA priorities into locally relevant strategies that strengthen Nike’s position across retail, wholesale, digital, social, and experiential touchpoints. Working closely with local, regional, and global partners, you will align teams around a shared vision, unlock innovation, and deliver best-in-class marketing that drives both brand and business impact.
 

You will build and nurture strategic relationships with athletes, clubs, federations, creators, partners, and communities - using the power of football to deepen consumer connection and create lasting relevance for the brand.
 

Driven by consumer obsession, you will bring insights from the French marketplace to EMEA and Global teams, helping shape future priorities and ensuring the voice of the French consumer influences Nike’s long-term Football strategy.
 

As a member of the France Marketing Leadership Team, you will champion creative excellence, develop the next generation of marketing leaders, and help shape the future of Football at Nike through visionary leadership, collaboration, and world-class execution.
