WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
EMEA Inventory Management is responsible for accurately forecasting and managing inventory across seasons to drive sustainable, productive, and profitable growth within NIKE EMEA. This role involves partnering with teams and leaders across Finance, Supply Chain, Planning, and Consumer to ensure inventory aligns with targets and supports Nike’s strategic priorities.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a particular strength in driving clarity and alignment for executive and cross-functional audiences. They should have the ability to use data to tell a story and influence decisions and actions.
Experience in leading, motivating, and developing a large team.
Adept at understanding and handling matrix trade-offs to drive action with appropriate urgency.
Financial competence, understanding of retail KPIs and concepts, and impact of inventory on the Nike P&L.
Foundational understanding of a physical supply chain and end-to-end inventory management.
Experience in planning, supply chain or related fields.
Bachelor’s Degree required, Masters Preferred
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
Lead the Inventory Management & Operations team for EMEA, driving long-term strategy and overseeing inventory forecasting and performance management. You will collaborate across functions to ensure effective inventory monitoring and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Nike-Owned Inventory Forecasting process across 6 seasons.
Partner with Finance Team for monthly and quarterly financial updates.
Drive EMEA Inventory Performance Management and actions.
Monitor and execute excess inventory strategies, including closeout and aged inventory.
