What will you work on

As the EMEA Digital Marketing Manager –Retail Moments, you will be developing and leading the EMEA Digital marketing vision and strategy for Retail Moments and other commercial opportunities. With your direct reports, you will be bringing to life digital campaign across our digital ecosystem and beyond to serve all athletes* with their ultimate digital experience in the moments that matter to them most. You will be in charge of representing Digital Marketing in the key cross-functional moments, driving alignment with some of our Business partners.

Further details of what you will be responsible for are:

  • Unlock innovative end-to-end digital strategies, plans and experiences that are leading the way in how we communicate, engage and serve athletes* with digital executions, experiences and innovations including owned comms.
  • Obsess the seasonal calendar on how we engage with consumers and members in the moments they value most. Personal at scale always.
  • Lead the digital strategy beyond our ecosystem to our athletes’ ecosystem including social, creators and digital partnerships to foster social storytelling that moves at the pulse of the athlete*. 
  • Manage a team to build and deliver best in class digital retail moments plans leveraging the power of the full digital ecosystem
  • Manage and influence the approach to the 13-week journey and follow through with all counterparts to ensure precision, impact, and Brand Standards work.
  • Lead key CODE gates for Digital Marketing Retail Moments and represent within Digital gates.
  • Create the learning agenda and measurement plan to unlock our ability to serve every athlete* with more impact.
  • Recommend digital standards and requirements to brand management, brand creative and media counterparts.
  • Lead by example cross-functional partnerships within brand and business to guide the team in delivering industry defining integrated plans.
  • Close partnership with integrated media to fully maximize media investment into ecosystem engagement and conversation.

  • You are process orientated & comfortable navigating a complex organizational matrix, working across global, geo & territories – ensuring executional & creative excellence.
  • Analyze & obsess the data. You will need to be comfortable both analyzing data & drawing insights to define strategies & opportunities in your day to day. An eye for detail & ability to deliver against key KPIs & metrics is paramount
