WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
As Executive Assistant to the HR VP, you will be primarily responsible for maximizing the VP’s time and promoting a positive company image. Through your duties, you will maintain relationships between the VP, her Leadership Team, her employees and external NIKE contacts.

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and discreet professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and brings strong business maturity. You will excel in this role if you demonstrate:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); Dutch is a plus.
- Advanced MS Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Flexibility to work outside standard hours when required.
- Ability to travel for offsites, meetings, and leadership events.
- A courteous, professional, and tactful demeanor.
- A pro-active and structured team player in a fast-moving environment.
- Responds positively to change, ambiguity, adversity and pressure.
- Flexible, resourceful and strategic multi-tasker.
- Works individually and accepts accountability for results.
- Analytical with an eye for detail.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
As an Executive Assistant, you will perform a wide range of tasks, including but not limited to:
- Complex calendar and expense management.
- Manage and coordinate internal and external correspondence.
- Establish and maintain a pro-active and ongoing communication flow between the VP and the Leadership Teams in both EMEA and Global
- In the VP’s absence, serve as a spokesperson for the VP/GM and prioritize and establish guidelines for the Leadership Team as directed by the VP.
- Handling highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Be visible on the floor as main contact person for your manager, your team and others
- Build and maintain a strong and collaborative network amongst your team, colleagues and counterparts.
- Participate in projects, identify, evaluate and make recommendations to improve work processes.
- Provide support for meetings and travel for the VP and/ or the Leadership Team
- Organize, coordinate and supervise the logistics for Global Visits, (Global) Leadership Team.
- Meetings, Country Tours, Café Meetings, etc.
- Control/track department budgets as well as Purchase Order management.
- Control/track (team) travel, org charts and FTO.
- Coordination and preparation of presentations/overviews/weekly reports.
- Coordinate and supervise high level Space Planning/moves for department.
- Provide back-up support, including substituting for other Executive Assistants and functional Assistants.
