WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

We are a diverse, inclusive, innovative, and passionate team. This person will sit with the Seoul Womens Brand Marketing, reporting directly to the head of Women Brand Marketing Director for Seoul.  You will work closely with deep partnership to key cross-functional teams including Women’s & Men’s Sportswear Brand Marketing, Brand Creative, Retail Marketing, Digital Marketing, Integrated Media, Communications, Marketplace, and Product Merchandising. You will also lead the relationships with external Nike Collaborators and ensure timely, excellent communication between teams, and partners. The shape of your day-to-day work will vary significantly, and therefore your style and influence will require agility and an open mindset to the opinions and expertise of those you engage with.

In this role, you’ll drive end-to-end integrated marketing plans for Energy RNWY (Runway) with a sharp focus on influencing meaningful connections with our visionary consumers.

Through a belief in our brand vision, with infinite curiosity for the consumer and adaptability to a complex and ever-evolving landscape you'll help us create the future for the Nike brand leveraging the communities of art, design, fashion and innovation to power new products, stories, ideas and concepts.

What You Bring:

  • A minimum of 7 years’ experience in Brand Marketing and/or PR (Public Relations) with a strong focus on cross-functional marketing.
  • Embraces a multi-tasking and information seeking attitude with a passion for sharing knowledge across the business with an open, positive and empathic approach. to drive clarity and simplicity through new frameworks, templates and ways of working.
  • Exemplifies excellent taste, with high understanding of style, fashion and celebrity culture.
  • Strong proven track record of marketing experience, working with or in cultural industries generating influential global outcomes & knowledge of consumer landscape in Seoul.
  • Strong visual and verbal communication skills fluent in Korean and English (Business Level)
  • Some travel required for relationship management and experience activation

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You will manage talent relationships and build integrated marketing plans to localize the NIKE brand and deliver on our priorities in Korea. This includes aligning talent to strategic planning, brand storytelling and product collaborations. Success will be measured based on increases in our brand strength, consumer engagement and business growth.

  • Your key internal partners are Brand Management, Digital Marketing, Retail Marketing, Integrated Media, Brand Planning & Operations, Sports Marketing, Communications and Social & Community Impact.
  • Your key external partners are talent from the art, design, fashion and streetwear worlds, along with local agencies, creative collectives and community leaders.
  • You will select the right talent needed to effectively connect with our consumer, while developing journeys and delivering outstanding service to manage and maintain a portfolio to meet our brand objectives.
  • This includes seeking consumer insights, extending global brand concepts for Korean consumers, developing high-impact ideas and marketing plans to activate our brand around Seoul.
  • You will lead an end-to-end marketing process and share plan with stakeholders to ensure all energy marketing meets our global brand standards.
  • You will contribute to strategic planning, and make presentations to drive inspiration and collaboration, while leading meetings, ideating, and communicating direction.
