Responsible for the sales operations of the organization.

  • Develops and executes strategies with strategic accounts; including semi- annual account business plans and monthly revenue targets.
  • Drives business through accounts by utilizing customer service skills and building strong relationships based upon product/category and marketplace expertise which results in consistent target attainment.

  • Scope: Large teams, mid-size or major projects/programs/customers.
  • Complexity: Works with non-routine information and develops recommendations for ideas or services.
  • Develops and manages operational initiatives to deliver tactical results.
  • Provides direction and mentorship to teammates. Communicates clearly to a broad audience.
  • Problem Solving: Solves problems using limited information and implements solutions with the ability to foresee most future implications. Takes initiative to improve upon existing processes.
  • Knowledge & Skills: Advanced-level professional. Frequently advises others on complex matters; requires skills to understand complex work, such as in-depth knowledge or conceptual thinking.
  • Develops and implements sales strategies, monitor customer, competitor and industry activity.

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in management or Commerce with minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in retail industries
  • Solid Sales & strategy account management experience in Retail industry
  • Good communication skills under a complex matrix structure
  • Be able to drive for results, and lead large-scale projects
  • Strong problem-solving, organization and planning skills; with a good sense of urgency and is able to handle ambiguity
  • Fluent in English/Mandarin
  • Responsible for research, business development and sales administration.
  • Candidates with experiences in account management, sales, operations and merchandise will be an advantage.
