WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
This role sits within the Southeast Asia & India Marketing (SEA&I) team, reporting to the Senior Manager, Brand Creative SEA&I. You’ll collaborate with Brand Marketing leaders, Global Brand Marketing, and cross-functional partners including Digital, Retail, Media, and Sports Marketing. You’ll also manage local creative agencies and external partners.

Key Qualifications:
Based in Singapore
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Design, Communications, or related field
Minimum of 6 years in creative strategy, storytelling, and/or graphic design
Strong portfolio showcasing multi-disciplinary creative work
Expertise in narrative development, typography, identity, and digital experience production
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You’ll lead creative strategy and execution for priority brand concepts across Southeast Asia & India, adapting global ideas for local relevance. You’ll oversee end-to-end creative processes, manage agencies, and ensure all work meets Nike’s brand standards.
Core Responsibilities:
Drive creative strategy for SEA&I campaigns and brand experiences
Localize global concepts to resonate with regional consumers
Collaborate with Brand Marketing, Digital, Retail, and Media teams
Manage agency relationships and oversee production budgets
Lead creative reviews and ensure alignment with global standards
Present ideas to inspire teams and foster collaboration
Travel up to 15% for local production and activations
