WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
Based in Bangalore, this role reports directly to the Director of Nike Direct Digital Commerce (NDDC), India. As a pivotal member of the NDDC team, the Lead, Digital Site Operations, partners across marketing, merchandising, operations, and technology to elevate Nike’s digital commerce experience. The incumbent will also manage strategic partner relationships and guide cross-functional teams to deliver seamless consumer journeys.

We’re searching for a dynamic digital leader with deep technical expertise in website & app operations on e-commerce platforms. You will thrive in fast-paced environments, solve problems with agility, and bring a relentless focus on the consumer. You’re a strategic thinker who leads change, inspires collaboration, and delivers complex initiatives with precision. Experience in the footwear and apparel industry is a plus—and a passion for digital innovation is essential.

  • 7–10 years of experience in web or digital businesses in a technical function.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.

  • Hands-on experience with e-commerce marketplace platforms in a technical capacity.

  • Proven track record of leading organizational change and delivering complex projects.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You’ll lead the evolution of Nike India’s digital platforms (.com and app), driving revenue, operational excellence, and consumer-first innovation. Your work will span commerce operations, seasonal execution, and technical advancement.

  • Oversee end-to-end operations of the Nike India’s Digital Commerce Store, ensuring optimal inventory, site performance, and platform reliability.

  • Manage vendor partnerships to execute seasonal brand and merchandising strategies.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for site experience and fulfillment, driving cross-functional improvements.

  • Coordinate seasonal marketing campaigns and product launches with marketplace partners.

  • Lead in-season strategies and execution informed by real-time business insights.

  • Champion process and technical innovation to elevate digital commerce capabilities.

  • Define and deliver a roadmap of feature enhancements in collaboration with internal and external teams.

  • Inspire and guide cross-functional teams, setting clear objectives and fostering capability development.

  • Provide technology leadership to solve operational challenges and fuel long-term growth.
